Page of Wands

General

The Page of Wands is a youthful person, someone who is lively and energetic. This is someone who is ready to head into a new beginning, especially since the Page always represents newness. Pages can sometimes mean messengers, and it seems that you would be hearing about something exciting soon. In traditional tarot, the page of wands shows a young man holding a stick, standing in what looks like a desert. He reminds me a little of the two of wands, someone who is planning on taking action and creating something. And very often, the Page of Wands is of new beginnings, of action and of messages coming through.

Upright

In the upright position, the Page of Wands can represent excitement and curiosity. This may be someone or an energy which is a little experienced, perhaps someone who has not thought through their ideas but will be heading into the unknown anyway. In love, this is a good card to receive if you are hoping for a new beginning with your person. There are new possibilities and an adventure awaiting the two of you. For those who are waiting on a message, this is also a card that can indicate communication coming through. In career and finances, there is a new project that you may be working on and you are feeling quite excited about this new project. This can also sometimes mean that you are ready for what lies ahead.

Reversed

In the reversed position, the Page of Wands is someone who may be a little immature, and perhaps someone who is all talk but no action. In love, this could mean that the person you are with is immature and not ready for commitment. They may be someone who is unreliable, and may not be able to give you the stability and consistency that you need. In career and finances, this is often associated with the energy of enjoying new beginnings but unable to buckle down and follow through with something. There could be some financial instability and overspending, or that you would be tempted to spend too much.
