Page of Cups

General

The Page of Cups, being a Page, always symbolises something at the beginning, and in this case, this is a new beginning in love. Pages can often symbolise messages coming through, and this often symbolises an offer of love coming in for you. The Page of Cups has a youthful vibe to it, and it can talk about new passion projects. And in traditional tarot, the Page is wearing blue and watching a fish in her cup. Some interpretations of the Page of Cups include inspiration coming from the unconscious and this may not be something we understand just yet.

Upright

In the upright position, the Page of Cups is about being open to new ideas and experiences. Or you may be getting inspiration for creative endeavours. This is a card to remind you to continue to dream big, no matter how ludicrous or seemingly impossible your dreams may be. In love this card is about a new beginning in love. You may be getting a small offer of love from someone and this may lead to something more. This could also mean that you have a fresh take on a relationship or on relationships in general. In career and finances, you could be embarking on a new creative project or you could be thinking or dreaming about new career paths. This could also mean that you may be dreaming about a future which you may not be putting work into achieving.

Reversed

In the reversed position, this could mean that you may be blocked in terms of your creative processes. It could also mean that you may not be as emotionally mature as you thought you were, and there might be more to learn. It is also possible that you could be overly sensitive and overthinking things. In love, this could mean you may be dealing with an emotionally immature person, or someone who could be insecure in love and relationships. There is a possibility that the relationship may have hit a rocky patch because one or both of you are unable to understand the other. In career and finances, you may be feeling insecure at work or having creative blocks. There might be a sense of denial about your finances and a tendency to overspend or believe that you have more money than you actually have.
